The Complyant product is web-based and can be hosted by us or housed directly on a customer's intranet. The benefit to having Complyant host the application lies both in the extra security associated with having back-up copies of your documents stored offsite as well as in the reduction in hardware and software costs required to support the application. The majority of the products on the market require companies to invest heavily in specific hardware/software products that many companies may not already have; the hosted version of Complyant requires only an internet connection. The non-hosted version requires only Windows Server 2000 or higher and Microsoft SQL Server 2000, both of which most companies already have in place.
 
Hosted Solution (ASP)

All of our production systems are co-located in secure data centers that require the most stringent identification techniques for physical access. All data is passed via the same encryption that banks and credit card processors use to protect their data transmissions, and we have 24x7 monitoring of all traffic coming in and out of our systems. We don't just take steps to detect intrusions; we proactively prevent them from occurring.
 
On-Premise
When Complyant Solutions mentions shrink-wrap software, that term stops at the delivery phase. Every implementation of our solution is different, based on the business model your company employs. Our tool molds itself to your business, enabling you to concentrate on the important items and not "how to apply our processes to the software."
 
For companies with more than twenty users or those who would rather host the software themselves, we offer a standard installation method for our software. Being 100% Microsoft product based, Complyant can be installed on existing hardware, utilizing software that you probably already have in place. If you want to host the software on your Intranet, Extranet, or on a dedicated machine, that choice is up to you. We will provide support for your team for the installation and upgrade. Additionally, if you would like assistance with either, or the configuration of the software, we can offer that needed assistance either onsite or remotely. If you would like to host the product in-house, but don't have the support staff for it, we can provide you with a complete solution consisting of the hardware and software needed to run Complyant. We will deliver it to you, fully configured so you only need to plug it into your network and turn it on. We will even support the application remotely, and manage all upgrades and maintenance for you.
